We run several crews ranging in size from 2 to 6 persons per crew.
Since we service restaurants and this service must be started and completed
when the facility is closed, our hours are at night.
As a ball park the hours are from 10PM until 6AM. Candidate employees should be aware that we use ladders and we use detergents to cut the grease.
Employees will be working with pressure washers and other assorted equipment.

to service the customer. A truck is assigned to the manager and he will be able to take it
to his residence. He is responsible to keep the truck clean and serviceable at all times.
He is given a gas card for company use only. He is assigned a helper technician who
assists in the service.

must manage his helper so that the service runs smooth, so that the customer can open for
his customers
